How to get in to big businesses

I have been thinking of this for very long time and I can say that it will not be easy to those that are not extravert in nature. But one has to remember that we in most cases are not what we think we are. If you enjoy what you are doing you’ll find a wat yo develop and grow with you mission. Most important thing is to have objective that I’d focussed on satisfying pain point of your customers.
Pain point – that’s a new notion for me as well, but let me take you trough it step by step. Customers have to have a reason for using you, sometimes they may not know about it yet and they may use with dome promoting (Facebook advert for example can be used for this very thing). Once you identify what is painful for your target customer then you have to find way to solve it and make your customers see the value over your competitors. Estate agents can be different the regular office space that you’ll be targeting, so understand what they want most out of you. I can say that bein active with influencers may not be best way around carpet cleaning industry. However bein active on business forums in your local network can work great for networking and showing your professional nature. Breakfast clubs are also amazing for getting new business and more ideas.

work life balance

If you would ask me this question a year a go I would not see this being an issue and would just say that if there will be more work I’ll just work more. However this have changed a bit recently and I can see that there is much point in having at least half day off once a week that is dedicated to simply doing nothing.
It’s important to relax and not do anything, as that is the time that we use to be creative and bring more value to life that we experience. I can say that this is of high value from many aspects.
At the end of the day one does not get payed for hours of work, we get played fir ideas that we materialise and deliver. So with this thought one should embrace creativity as we can all be good with it. Like any other muscle it has to be trained and developed to be effective in our every day action. One should most definitely stop labelling themselves with being not creative and such. We can do what ever we want to. Just place tour action where your mouth is and be this person that you truly want to be.

being friendly and friendly

Is it possible to be both, something that I am working on constantly. However it is a nice thing to work on as I like to chat to people and being professional is coming east for me as I think that it makes life a lot easier for everybody around. That is why being good on communication is easy for me as I see it as a very foundation of what is needed for good human interaction.
Besides I think that being friendly brings better results from this one area that is so crucial for a business and that is recommendation from your customers. This way I can strive on those and grow my business with many more customers that will be satisfied from what I’m doing for them. I hope that more customers will be finding me good and this way I’ll eventually build my business to have constant flow of regular customers. Thus would be great for my satisfaction from what I’m doing. And this will allow me to go ahead with other projects that could be beneficial for even more people in Cardiff.
I like Cardiff and think that there is great potential here for many ventures.

seasonality of carpet cleaning demand

Carpet cleaning business can be seasonal to some extend, and that is what I’ve experienced every year at the beginning of the year as it is time that most businesses would have understandable slow down after Christmas’s that may be just a craz on so many levels.
I can say that January can be decent month but the February is bit quieter and that is good time to sit down and reevaluate situation of your business and plans in regards to other ventures that could be of interest. In terms of actual business running I would say that providing some stronger marketing and offers will be beneficial for volume not necessarily for profit but this volume will then convert in to world of mouth and then obviously to more customers which is best thing to have. I think that volume is a good way to approach customers as this way one can serve a lot of people and have better reach with potential recommendations hence more jobs. .
On the other hand I can say that Facebook is bit slaking at those months and google with some leaflets represent sent most business I think. However all those are irrelevant if offer and service is not a top notch. That is why i focus mainly on customer experience.
