How to get in to big businesses

I have been thinking of this for very long time and I can say that it will not be easy to those that are not extravert in nature. But one has to remember that we in most cases are not what we think we are. If you enjoy what you are doing you’ll find a wat yo develop and grow with you mission. Most important thing is to have objective that I’d focussed on satisfying pain point of your customers.
Pain point – that’s a new notion for me as well, but let me take you trough it step by step. Customers have to have a reason for using you, sometimes they may not know about it yet and they may use with dome promoting (Facebook advert for example can be used for this very thing). Once you identify what is painful for your target customer then you have to find way to solve it and make your customers see the value over your competitors. Estate agents can be different the regular office space that you’ll be targeting, so understand what they want most out of you. I can say that bein active with influencers may not be best way around carpet cleaning industry. However bein active on business forums in your local network can work great for networking and showing your professional nature. Breakfast clubs are also amazing for getting new business and more ideas.

work life balance

If you would ask me this question a year a go I would not see this being an issue and would just say that if there will be more work I’ll just work more. However this have changed a bit recently and I can see that there is much point in having at least half day off once a week that is dedicated to simply doing nothing.
It’s important to relax and not do anything, as that is the time that we use to be creative and bring more value to life that we experience. I can say that this is of high value from many aspects.
At the end of the day one does not get payed for hours of work, we get played fir ideas that we materialise and deliver. So with this thought one should embrace creativity as we can all be good with it. Like any other muscle it has to be trained and developed to be effective in our every day action. One should most definitely stop labelling themselves with being not creative and such. We can do what ever we want to. Just place tour action where your mouth is and be this person that you truly want to be.

metro area or radius

This is something that I found to be a big question in my business running, because carpet cleaning is not only combined of time at the customer. Big part of time that i spend is on driving to my customers, and this is very variant depending on time of the day and roads quality.
It interesting that sometimes it can take me this same amount of time to get from one part of town to other as it would be to go from town centre to somewhere 10mil outside of town. For this very reason I do cover big radius around my town as traveling is rather not relevant there sometimes. And I do like driving as it is time for me to quiet down a bit between customers and obviously to check what is happening on Facebook with all my friends.
On serious note, this strategy works with me because there are some large towns around my area of interest which is Cardiff. Because there are some large centers of population around I still get S good deal of density to justify me traveling there. Additionally there is increase in population and density for Cardiff which will be even better for me in near future.

I am in a position that I would like to build my business further as I feel that not much more I can do working on my own, however I’m not a big fun of emptying someone at the moment as I like that I can ensure best quality of my job. If I’ll have someone working for me it will be very difficult to have the assurance of quality, so it is on my mind. Should I diversify with so.e new business that could be run without me being a main value adding individual or just employ someone that I can increase volume of what I am doing and by this gain some more experience.
There are things on my mind that I would like to start, one of them is to start selling things online, like supplements and other things related to sport and fitness.

I know that starting business based online I can certainly have economy of scale and by this increase my potential return on investment so that I’ll get quicker to were I want to be. As I do fancy getting my first million before I’ll turn 40, so fur getting there slowly (way to slow ?)
